What is Offer versus Serve?
Offer versus Serve (OvS) is a concept that applies to menu planning and to the determination of reimbursable meals for grades 6th through 12. Offer vs Serve allows students to decline menu items that they do not wish to eat.
Why we decided to implement OvS?
