2021-22 Online Enrollment Process

  • Welcome Cardinals!

    It’s that time once again to start the enrollment process. All Cardinal families in the district – whether you choose in-person learning or virtual – need to complete the enrollment process. This online process is taking the place of your student's “beginning of the year forms” that verify residency and update your child’s emergency contact information. Please note, that you will be asked to upload your residency verification documents during this process. As a reminder, these documents need to be one of the following:

    ♦ A current utility bill (gas, water, electric) that is no more than 30 days old and in the resident’s name. Telephone, cable, and other statements alike will not be accepted.

    ♦ A contract to build or purchase a home within the Webb City School District indicating a closing or possession date.

    WHICH ENROLLMENT PROCESS DO I CHOOSE?

    NEW ENROLLMENT:

    You will begin the "NEW ENROLLMENT PROCESS" if:

    ♦ Your child is NEW this year to Webb City School District (has NEVER attended Webb City School District)

    ♦ Your child transferred or dropped out of the Webb City School District (was attending but DID NOT FINISH)

    ♦ Your child will be an incoming Kindergarten student (EVERY INCOMING Kindergarten students regardless if they have attended preschool in the district). Your incoming Kindergarten student will be five (5) years old on or before July 31st, 2021.

    RE-ENROLLMENT:

    You will begin the annual "RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS" if:

    ♦ Your child is a CURRENT Webb City School District Student (these students FINISHED the 2021 school year attending Webb City School District)

    If your child is a "RE-ENROLLMENT" you can access the following link to begin the process. You will log in by using your PowerSchool Parent Portal username and password.
