New and Returning students will not receive their 1-to-1 device until:
1) The 2021-22 Insurance Agreement has been received by Tech HelpDesk staff.
2) The $15 yearly insurance fee has been received by Tech HelpDesk staff
OR you have chosen to opt-out of the yearly insurance.
(Opt-Out = the student is not allowed to take the device home;
the device is checked in and out each day through the HelpDesk Supervisor)
3) The student's online accounts have been created or reinstated and are working
properly. (usually takes 2-3 days from the time they are activated in our system)
4) The student has gone through an Orientation with the HelpDesk Supervisor.
(this is usually done at the time they are called down to pick up their device)
