Title III is a federal program designed to support students with limited English proficiency and those transitioning to American schools.  Webb City R-VII School District supports many students who are developing English in addition to another language as well as several students who have immigrated to the United States from other nations.  The staff and community collaborate to meet the needs of these children and provide support so that they can be successful as they acquire the English language or transition to American schools and culture.
