Supporting Data:

  • Climate and Culture Data
  • Agendas and Notes from Climate and Culture Task Force

Performance Measures:

  • Positive ratings in each identified climate and culture focus area increase on annual survey results.
  • Stakeholder survey participation increases for parents, students, and staff.
  • End-of-year data review shows documented improvement in all three identified focus areas.

Fidelity Measures:

  • Climate and Culture Task Force meets twice per year with documented agendas and outcomes.
  • Action plans for each stakeholder group include timelines, responsible persons, and progress updates.
  • Communication of survey findings and actions taken occurs at least two times per year to all stakeholders.

Reflections:

BOY: We have administered the Climate and Culture Survey for several years; however, we are now establishing a districtwide task force to analyze the data, identify areas of concern, and develop coordinated action plans to address them. While individual buildings have previously reviewed and responded to their own data, this next phase will elevate the work to a district-level focus to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and consistent improvement across all schools.
